These terms govern your use of the Manorly website and your participation in any of our workshops. Please read them carefully before registering.
Definitions
- "Manorly", "we", "us", "our" — the business operating at 491 Ratchaprarop Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
- "Service" — any workshop, program, or educational session offered by Manorly.
- "Participant" / "you" — any individual who registers for, or attends, a Manorly workshop.
- "Website" — the site accessible at manorly.live.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation issued to you.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, completing a booking, or attending any Manorly workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By proceeding, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Service Description
Manorly offers educational workshops in Bangkok focused on personal archive organisation, family history writing, and bookplate design. Current offerings include:
- Family Bookplate Workshop — a single-session design and printing workshop (฿6,800 THB). Materials are included.
- Family History Writing Workshop — a three-session writing workshop (฿17,500 THB). Materials are included.
- Family Archive Coordination Program — a five-week program with weekly home visits (฿29,200 THB).
All workshops are strictly educational and organisational in nature. They do not include advice of any kind that would require a qualified or licensed professional. Workshop availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

Participant Responsibilities
When participating in a Manorly workshop, you agree to:
- Attend sessions at the agreed times and location, or provide reasonable notice if you are unable to attend.
- Treat educators, staff, and fellow participants with consideration and respect.
- Use any materials, printed sheets, or written work produced during the workshop for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or publish workshop teaching materials without written consent from Manorly.
- Provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Workshop fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session date: full refund, less a 500 THB administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the first session date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the first session date: no refund. A single rescheduling may be offered at Manorly's discretion.
- If Manorly cancels a session for any reason, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days by the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All workshop teaching materials, session guides, prompts, and website content are the intellectual property of Manorly. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to you as part of your own family archive project. No commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is permitted without prior written consent.
Work you produce during workshops — such as written family history pieces or bookplate designs — remains your own property.
Disclaimers
Manorly's workshops are educational and are offered on an "as provided" basis. We do not make any representations about outcomes, results, or the suitability of the workshops for any particular purpose. Workshop educators are not qualified specialists, advisors, counsellors, or practitioners in any regulated field.
The website and its content are provided for general informational purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, up to date, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Manorly's liability to you in connection with any workshop or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the workshop in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including acts of government, natural events, or disruptions to utilities or transport.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok, Thailand.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you have a confirmed booking, the terms in force at the time of booking apply to that booking.
